STEP 3
View homes and tour them. Find the home you want to make an offer on. We can assist with home showings.
STEP 4
Once you have chosen a home. We will draft the offer and submit the offer and negotiate the purchase if you have hired us to do that.
STEP 5
If your offer has been accepted, we will open escrow and assist with inspections. You will need to work with your Lender to prepare your financing.
STEP 6
We wil get you ready for closing and review all the documents. Our office scdeules your closing and works with the Title Company to get your deal closed.
Our Model
